Frequently Asked Questions

You’ve got questions? We’ve got Answers.

What requirements does my school need to participate?

For onsite movement and music classes you’ll need a large classroom with enough open space for 10- 15 children to move around freely (i.e. soccer, obstacle course) . For visual arts and STEM classes you’ll need a classroom with table and chairs.

For online classes you’ll need internet and a TV, laptop or desktop computer. You can use an iPad or a phone but we don’t recommend it because it’s too hard to see everyone’s faces and actually socialize with them.

How many days is your program?

It’s totally up to you. We visit your school at least once a week for a 1.5 hour visit. We teach classes Tuesday through Friday 9 am – 6 pm.

What is the cost of the program?

Cost is based on the type of class, whether the class is online or onsite, during the school year or summer camp. We are happy to discuss our rates on the strategy call. Book a call now

Are teachers involved in classes?

For onsite classes, we require at least one teacher to be close by in case a child is being problematic is disrupting other children from learning and enjoying the class. We also encourage teachers to join in the fun!

Our online classes classes are designed so children can participate without the with the help and guidance of their teacher. Generally, teachers set up the supplies at the beginning of class and stay near if the children need help and/or supervision.

Do I have to buy any extra supplies?

Each preschool should have basic supplies such as blocks, legos, construction paper, white printer paper, crayons, pencils, scissors, and glue, etc.

Classes like Little Ninja has an optional uniform fee.

Online classes – every month we ship you a curriculum box that includes curated materials for each class. The cost of your curriculum box depends on the number of children participating. Prices start at $47 and included S&H.

What if we need to miss a class?

Just provide our office with at least 48 hours advance notice via email to communicate this in advance to the enrichment teacher. Contact our office to reschedule the class.

How does billing work?

To insure continuity of services, the fee will be automatically deducted from your bank account on the 25th of each month for the upcoming month.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Simply contact us by email on or before the 21st of the month to avoid your automatic monthly charge on the 25th. Subsequent subscriptions will be billed at the standard price.
